ASTM A335 P12 ALLOY STEEL SEAMLESS PIPES

ASTM A335 P12 ALLOY STEEL SEAMLESS PIPES

The ASTM A335 P12 Alloy Steel Seamless Pipe is made up of carbon, manganese, phosphorus, sulphur, silicon, chromium and molybdenum. This composition allows the material to have the physical and mechanical properties suitable for high temperature and high pressure services.

ASTM A335/ ASME SA335 Grade P12 Seamless Pipe is available in sizes ranging from 1/8NB to 24NB. High hardness, corrosion resistance, and high temperature service capabilities characterize this chromium molybdenum alloy. ASTM A335 P12 Alloy Steel Pipe is available from The Steel Exporter Company in various dimensions and forms. Pipe diameters range from 19.05mm to 114.3mm, and wall thicknesses range from 2mm to 14mm. As well as available in single random, double random, and cut to length sizes, ASTM A335/ ASME SA335 grade P12 Pipe also comes in different lengths up to 16000mm.

Oil and gas, petrochemical, petroleum, and other high temperature and high pressure applications use seamless pipes. ASTM A335 P12 Alloy Welded Pipe is used for welding applications that require more accurate dimensional accuracy than seamless pipes. The schedules in this material grade correspond to the wall thickness and outer diameter, such as schedule 20 through schedule XXS. There are several forms of P12 Seamless Pipe, including round, square, rectangular, and hydraulic.
